- To understand methods and approaches of studying cancer in human and mouse models
- To understand that cancer is heterogeneous in cellular composition, but that this heterogeneity mimics tissue developmental and regenerative processes.
- To understand the therapeutic implications of defining cancer origins and roots of tumour growth.
