The 3rd Annual Alan and Susan Hudson Lectureship was hosted at Toronto Western Hospital on March 31, 2017. This year’s keynote speaker was Professor Raymond Sawaya, MD, Professor and Chairman, Department of Neurosurgery, The University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center. Dr. Sawaya presented a lecture entitled “Extent of Resection for GBM: Where Do We Draw the Line?” The lecture was well attended with approximately sixty in the audience. We thank Hudson Chair in Neurooncology Dr. Fred Gentili and Ms. Sandi Amaral for organizing this year’s event. We are grateful to past Chairman of Neurosurgery and past CEO of University Health Network Dr. Alan Hudson and his wife Susan for their tremendous ongoing support of educational and research initiatives in our Division.
